Our goals for 2020 are ambitious to say the least. We plan to open two new Crosstown Solutions offices, so we know we’ll need to add fresh talent to our team. We’ll be looking for candidates who love to travel, and bring natural leadership skills to the table. Jarrad, our firm’s President, added that we want to hire people who can take charge and have a desire to be their own bosses one day.
Whenever we interview potential additions to Team Crosstown Solutions, we focus on a few key things. One of the most important – and easiest – things a jobseeker can do is research the company he or she is interested in joining. We love to see that a candidate has studied our website and social media pages. If someone has a good understanding of what makes our culture and outreach campaigns so special, we feel more confident about how well he or she will fit in with our team.
We also listen for specific accomplishments when we evaluate jobseekers. It makes it easier for us to envision someone thriving in our workspace when we know exactly what types of things they’ve done in the past. This is also a great sign that a person is highly prepared, and ready to perform at a high level from day one.
